Terms of Service — SOSO VPN

Effective date: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BUHUR TECHNOLOGY ("SOSO", "we", "us"), Al Suwaiq, Sultanate of Oman. By installing or using the SOSO — Super Fast VPN application (the "App") or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App provides a free, ad-supported VPN (virtual private network) service for Android devices, allowing you to route your internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel to our servers. No account is required.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for lawful personal use, subject to these Terms and to the Google Play terms under which the App is distributed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law, including unauthorized access to systems, fraud, or distribution of malware;
infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
send spam or conduct network attacks (including denial-of-service attacks) through our servers;
interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or block access to the service where reasonably necessary to stop abuse or protect the network and other users.

4. Free service and advertising

The App is provided free of charge and is funded by third-party advertising displayed within the App. We may change, add or remove features of the service at any time.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own use of the internet through the App, including compliance with the laws that apply to you. Use of VPN services may be restricted in some jurisdictions or on some networks — it is your responsibility to confirm that your use is permitted where you are.

6. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy and summarized in the No-Logs Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that connections will succeed on every network. Connection speed and availability depend on factors outside our control, including your network operator and local conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUHUR TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service — which, for this free App, is zero, or the minimum amount permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

The App, the SOSO name and logo, and this website are the property of BUHUR TECHNOLOGY. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms, or discontinue the service, at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Oman, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
